Junk In the Trunk

I got whistled at this weekend when I was walking down the street in my bf, Lurg's, neighborhood.  Let me start by saying I am normally flattered when someone whistles at me, but generally think it's NBD ( no big deal).   I've seen some girls get uptight and pretend to get angry, maybe give the finger and then talk about it for days.  The difference was this whistle was followed by "Damn girl, you got some Junk In The Trunk." Whoa now, I know I got a behind but this stopped me in my tracks and made me examine my backside a little closer in the mirror.  "Is it growing larger?"  And later as I contemplated its shapeliness....  "Should I to embrace this so-called junk?"  Since I never have been a fan of the waif look, I gave my bum a second look in the mirror and decided it was some damn fine junk! Heck, I'm 50% Spanish and 50% Italian, so its to be expected I have a little extra padding in this area.

Yaaaaaaaaay girls!  Baby got back and the photo of me above displays my excitement over having a curvaceous butt!  I am wearing one of my fave fuschia dresses by Rory Beca.  Ironically, while I was perusing  Etsy today (an activity I spend way too much time doing), I happened to find this adorable onesie by Roslynscloset  (also, in fuschia!):

For an absolutely fabulous price of $16.00 dollars,  I should have had this at birth!  I was raised to be proud of myself inside and out, and one day when I have kids I intend to do the same.  Holla!  There are many other adorable onesies at this site with cute designs and expressions.  Moral of the story is no matter what age you are girl, Shake what your mama gave you!
