Rock the Vote

The nominees for for Motif Magazines 2010 Music Awards are in!  Very exciting news because Lurg's band Three Tall Pines has been nominated for Bluegrass Band of the Year!  If you've never heard the pines music, check out their website and you can listen to clips off their album Short While Ago.  Their tracks are also available for download on itunes.  (This is not a biased opinion)  They rock, and you can check it out for yourself.

To vote:  Go to Motif Magazine and their is a pdf file front and center.  Go to page 36 and click on it, and this will become a ballod.

Additionally,  Lurg is blessed to come from a family of musicians, singers, and songwriters.  His mother, Joanne Lurgio is being nominated twice.  Best female vocalist and best cd for 2010.  Joanne is a powerhouse vocalist and an amazing song writer.  Check out her new album Nothing remains the same HERE and on itunes!
